ArtBoost AI Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ArtBoost AI (“ArtBoost,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you use our website, mobile applications, connected-platform integrations, content-generation tools, scheduling tools, automations, customer support, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service or connecting a third-party account, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Third-party platforms may separately process your information under their own privacy policies.
1. Information We Collect
Account and profile information
We may collect information you provide when creating or maintaining an ArtBoost account, including your name, email address, account identifier, profile information, preferences, subscription status, plan information, settings, and support communications.
Connected-platform information
When you choose to connect a social-media, ecommerce, marketplace, or other third-party account, we may receive or process information authorized by that platform and by you. Depending on the integration, this may include account identifiers, display names, profile images, access tokens, refresh tokens, granted permissions or scopes, connection status, account or page metadata, product or listing information, and data needed to perform the actions you request.
Content, artwork, products, and campaign information
We may process artwork, images, videos, titles, descriptions, product URLs, store information, listing information, campaign content, captions, hashtags, calls to action, schedules, automation rules, generated content, and other materials that you upload, import, create, or instruct ArtBoost to process.
Usage, device, and technical information
We may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser or device type, operating system, app version, request logs, authentication events, feature usage, error reports, timestamps, diagnostic information, and security-related events. We may also use cookies or similar technologies on our website for essential operation, authentication, security, preferences, and service analytics.
Payment information
Paid subscriptions are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We may receive billing status, subscription identifiers, plan information, transaction status, and limited payment-related metadata. We do not store full payment-card numbers supplied directly to the payment processor.
2. TikTok Data and Permissions
If you connect TikTok, ArtBoost uses TikTok information only to provide the TikTok features that you choose to use and authorize. ArtBoost may request the following TikTok permissions:
- user.info.basic — to identify the TikTok account you authorized and display basic profile information such as the account display name or avatar within ArtBoost.
- video.publish — to publish eligible content directly to the TikTok account you authorized when you expressly initiate a post or configure an ArtBoost feature or automation to publish on your behalf.
- video.upload — to upload eligible content to your TikTok account as a draft or as otherwise supported by TikTok, when you request that action.
ArtBoost does not use TikTok permissions to access or post to accounts you have not authorized. You may disconnect TikTok from ArtBoost or revoke ArtBoost’s access through TikTok’s account settings. Revocation may prevent TikTok-connected features from working until you reconnect the account.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- create, authenticate, secure, and maintain your ArtBoost account;
- connect and maintain integrations you authorize;
- import and organize products, listings, artwork, and related metadata;
- generate, preview, schedule, upload, publish, or otherwise process content at your direction or under automation rules you configure;
- provide AI-assisted titles, descriptions, captions, hashtags, recommendations, and related features;
- operate subscriptions, billing status, plan entitlements, and usage limits;
- provide customer support and respond to requests;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems;
- maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability and performance of the Service; and
- comply with applicable law, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights, safety, and security of users, ArtBoost, and others.
4. How We Disclose Information
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the following purposes:
- Service providers. We may use hosting, database, storage, content-delivery, authentication, payment, analytics, communications, AI, video-generation, and infrastructure providers to operate the Service. These providers receive information only as needed to perform services for ArtBoost.
- Connected third-party platforms. When you ask ArtBoost to connect, upload, publish, sync, or otherwise interact with a third-party service, information may be sent to or received from that service as needed to complete your request.
- Legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud or abuse.
- Business transfers. If ArtBoost is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
5. Service Providers and International Processing
ArtBoost may rely on service providers that process information in the United States or other countries. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction. We use commercially reasonable measures designed to require providers to protect information consistent with their role and applicable contractual or legal requirements.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain your account and integrations, complete transactions, preserve security and audit records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. Connected-platform tokens are retained while needed to maintain the connection and may be removed, invalidated, or become unusable when you disconnect or revoke access. Backup or security copies may persist for a limited period before deletion or overwriting.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These may include authenticated access, encrypted network transmission where supported, restricted service credentials, logging, monitoring, and access controls. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also update certain information through the Service, disconnect supported integrations, revoke permissions directly with the applicable third-party platform, or cancel your subscription through available billing controls.
To submit a privacy request, email support@artboostai.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
9. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your ArtBoost account and associated account data by emailing support@artboostai.com. We generally aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, subject to information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes. Disconnecting a third-party platform does not necessarily delete information held independently by that platform; you should use that platform’s own controls for its copy of your information.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, preferences, and core site operation. Where optional analytics or similar technologies are used, they may collect usage and device information to help us understand and improve the Service. Browser controls may allow you to limit or delete cookies, but disabling essential cookies may affect functionality.
11. Children’s Privacy
ArtBoost is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to ArtBoost, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Paid accounts and legally binding subscription activity may be subject to additional age or capacity requirements under applicable law.
12. Third-Party Sites and Services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites, applications, marketplaces, social networks, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. ArtBoost is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third parties.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, our practices, third-party requirements, or applicable law. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or another reasonable method.
