This Privacy Policy explains how ArtBoost AI, operated by Will's Custom Airbrushing LLC ("ArtBoost AI," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use the ArtBoost AI website, mobile applications, AI marketing tools, scheduling and publishing features, store integrations, social-media integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect: account and profile information such as name, email address, account identifiers, preferences, subscription status, and support communications; authentication and connection information for third-party services you choose to connect, including OAuth access and refresh tokens and platform account identifiers; store and catalog information such as product titles, descriptions, images, URLs, inventory or listing metadata; social-media information made available through authorized APIs, including profile/account information, publishing status, post identifiers, and analytics or engagement data where the applicable platform permits access; content you provide, upload, generate, schedule, or publish, including artwork, product images, captions, prompts, hashtags, videos, and campaign information; usage and device information such as IP address, browser or device type, operating system, app version, timestamps, diagnostic logs, crash information, and feature interactions; and transaction/subscription information. Payment-card information is processed by our payment processor and is not intended to be stored directly by ArtBoost AI.
2. TikTok and Other Connected Platforms
When you connect TikTok or another supported platform, ArtBoost AI accesses only the information and permissions authorized by you and permitted by that platform's APIs and the scopes granted to ArtBoost AI. This may include basic account information and permission to upload or publish content on your behalf. We use connected-platform data to provide the connection, content creation, scheduling, publishing, status, troubleshooting, and analytics features you request. ArtBoost AI does not claim ownership of your connected social-media account or its content.
You may disconnect a supported social account through ArtBoost AI or the applicable platform's account/security settings. Disconnecting may prevent future access, but information already retained for legitimate operational, security, accounting, or legal purposes may remain for the applicable retention period.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and operate the Services; authenticate users and connected accounts; import and organize products and artwork; generate marketing content with AI; schedule, upload, and publish user-authorized content; display available analytics; provide customer support; process subscriptions; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; diagnose failures and improve reliability; enforce our Terms of Service; and comply with legal obligations.
4. AI Processing
When you use AI features, prompts and relevant content may be sent to service providers that supply AI or media-processing capabilities so that the requested output can be generated. We limit the information provided to what is reasonably necessary for the requested feature and use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the service.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate ArtBoost AI, including hosting, database, cloud-media, AI, video-generation, analytics, communications, payment, and security providers; to social networks and commerce platforms when necessary to perform an action you request; to professional advisers when reasonably necessary; in connection with a business transaction; or when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, and the integrity of the Services. Service providers are expected to process information only for authorized purposes and subject to applicable obligations.
6. Third-Party Services
ArtBoost AI can connect with third-party services such as social networks, ecommerce platforms, payment processors, cloud providers, and AI/media providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. ArtBoost AI is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third parties.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. Users may request deletion of their ArtBoost AI account and associated personal information by contacting support@artboostai.com. We will delete or de-identify eligible information subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and legitimate recordkeeping requirements. Connected-platform tokens are revoked or removed when appropriate following disconnection or account deletion.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and secure transport where appropriate. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and devices.
9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You may update certain account information, disconnect integrations, control what you choose to publish, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, restrict, object to certain processing, or obtain a portable copy of certain information. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website and service providers may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, preferences, performance, and service operation. Where required by law, additional consent or controls will be provided for non-essential technologies.
11. Children's Privacy
ArtBoost AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Users must also meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law or a connected platform.
12. International Processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services, laws, or our practices change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services when appropriate.
